We will ask you a couple of questions and give you a quote based on your answers. We recommend you gather all content (text/images) before starting your project. Any major changes/updates after we give you your invoice will result in an additional charge.
For any of our designs, we generally will not rework an entire blog design after all design elements have been completed and agreed upon by the client. Additional designs will be available at a fee of $120/hour.
For logos and branding items, you will be provided unlimited drafts, within reason. We do reserve the right to determine what qualifies as “within reason” and what does not.
We uphold the copyright of photographers, clip art designers, and other blog and logo designers as well. By sending us graphics or fonts to use on your order, you agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold us liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.
Blog and website designs are protected by copyright and property of LERWS. Any images, coding, or other design elements are not to be shared, copied, or altered, or used outside of the design.
Logos become the property of the client and the client retains complete rights to that logo.
Any and all personal information will be kept private between the customer and LERWS.
For blog designs, we will need you to add us as an administrator to your blog/website, which you can do on your Blogger dashboard under “Settings”. We will not login to your Google account to access your Blog, so please be sure to add us as an administrator.
For website designs, you can add us as an administrator under “Users” on your WordPress Dashboard.
We will place an attribution link at the bottom of each blog & website design and on the back of printed products giving credit to LERWS.
By purchasing from LERWS, you are agreeing to leave the button on the bottom of your blog or website until ALL elements of the purchased design have been removed.
We do not issue a full refund once any services have been rendered. You will be charged a deposit; see below for details.
Please allow up to one week to receive your refund via Paypal.
For logos & logo packages, if no high resolution files have been sent but proofs have been designed, you may be refunded up to 50% for the incomplete project. We reserve the right to keep compensation for my work at a rate of $75/hour for logo package designs, even if that means no refund will be given and you did not receive a high resolution logo.
ONCE A HIGH RESOLUTION FILE FOR A LOGO HAS BEEN ISSUED, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
For custom card designs, refunds will be given only for special circumstances, with a $10 deposit fee.

For blog designs & websites, refunds are available as follows:
-If you have been placed on my wait list and we have NOT begun working on your design, and you decide not to have us design your blog/website, you may be refunded the total you paid, minus a $75 processing and scheduling fee.
-If we have begun working on your design but have not yet sent you images to view, you may be refunded up to half of the total you paid, minus a $150 deposit fee.
-If we have begun working on your design and have sent you a preview, we generally do not provide refunds. If there is a problem, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE A DESIGN DESIGN HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
We keep a file of your card, logo, or blog/website design elements (NOT the website coding) for 30 days after completion of the design. In that time period, you may contact us for revisions, at a fee of $25 per edit.
Blog/website designs are not to be edited or altered in any way unless the entire design coding is removed.
We am not responsible for mistakes made by the blog/website owner in attempts to edit coding.
Please DO NOT attempt to edit or remove parts of coding yourself, and email us if you need a change made.
Blog/wesbite owners absolutely DO have permission to add or edit text, gadget location, photos, and widgets in the footer and sidebar!
For blog/website designs, you MUST back up your original design before we begin the design process. We will help walk you through it if you don’t know how, but we cannot be responsible for elements lost in the process of creating your new design. Please email us if you need assistance backing up your site.
We accept PayPal, Cheque, Direct Deposit, and Cash at this time.You may also order any of our products such as hosting and domain located at our shop and pay with a credit card.
In order to be placed on the wait list for blog designs/websites, we do require payment in full. This is to ensure that we only reserving days for serious clients who do intend on getting a design package.
For scheduling blog & website designs, it is a strictly first come, first served basis. If we email you a tentative date and you do not purchase before someone else does, that date becomes theirs and you will move to the next available day.
We ask that you please treat our team with the same respect you would expect. We reserve the right to refuse to work with you if you don’t interact with us in a way that conveys respect, and that you may not be issued a refund at that point, even if services have not been fully rendered.
