Do you make minor/small changes for free?

We would be delighted to assist you in any way we can. In case you opt for our monthly beginner web hosting, we offer a free service of performing small or minor changes for you. Please create a support ticket over at our helpdesk and we will be happy to assist you.

I need an urgent change within the next couple of hours

If you require an urgent change, kindly open a support ticket on our helpdesk without delay. Depending on the complexity of the change, most of our modifications are completed within a few hours of submitting the ticket.

How long do I have to pay your invoice?

You’ll be given a due date for your invoice, but feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you need more time to make your payment.

Do I need to make the full payment of my invoice?

For the project to commence, we require a 50% deposit of the total invoice. If you need to modify your payment plan, please contact us at [email protected].
